Found a conflicting '_acme-challenge' TXT entry on one of your domains, in addition to the CNAME entry. Please remove it.
Any procedure?
Btw are you sure the error isn’t the actual error? Meaning that you have conflicting TXT entry?
I contacted with support@edg.io and now issue appears to be solved from backend side (I did not do any changes in DNS entries - no conflicts).

I see. I am glad you got it sorted. For me the certificates are sometimes in a weird state but in a while they usually start working
